Hope everyone has enjoyed  the white Christmas. Filled with turkey, presents, cards & small talk with all the family.

This year see's the end of the naughties and hello to a new decade.  Its forced me into thinking about not only the 2009 but the past 10 years... so much has happened.There were happy times, sad times, births and deaths, starting school finishing school, jobs, redundancies, starting school again. Loosing friends, making friends, falling in love and regretting it ever since.  All of the events that I look back on make me wonder what the next ten years will bring?

Yes I know I have been non- existent as of late. To say I have been busy would be just to say that Hitler was a pretty shit dude.A total understatement. I've been working on 2 projects, a personal statement for UCAS (what a bitch that's turning out to be) getting briefed for Belfast Fashion Week and helping open a new shoe shop in replace of the Qube. Its called KIKS and its in the old unit, there's some pretty neat soles in but give it or month or 2 you lot won't know what's hit. Expect more Converse, kids UGGS, Nixon watches, Etnies and MORE!!!!
So today I bought ELLE usual 7th of each month.. Cheryl Chav Cole is front cover. DISAPPOINTED MUCH?

On an idle Friday night in September.

Ok so last night was the accoustic set in Ground coffee shop for new band - Goodbye Pluto. I don't need to say anything more but WOW. I really wish them all the best because the talent they each posess is HUGE.
Must say I did feel awkward having a hot chocolate in my hand at a gig in replace of the usual vod. But when I came round to it, I loved it. I think its exactly what's been missing in town.

Autumn, a dear friend mentioned to me how Autumn is better than Spring because of the leaves. I don't fully agree as I love Spring. The newness of Spring and the re-invention of colour much missed through Winter oh  and the longer evenings. So I'm posting this picture of my garden in its Autumn state simply to show that Autumn can still be quite beautiful.

And the bedroom update - the working desk has been born. All equip with -  new Sony - Vaio notebook, noticeboard, lamp, ruby pen pot. Oh and the new ASOS mag, The September Issue dvd and The Satorialist book.

Aha, every girl needs some gorgeous things on her desk!!

Another thing I want to share today is a snitch from The Great Gatsby. I'm currently studying this work of genius in English Lit. "He smiled understandingly - much more than understandingly. Apologies for my lack of postage. Once again.
Second week into college and I have already been hit with Russia and the Tsar and The Great Gatsby. Its been hectic needless to say. And I have bid farewell to my social life of days gone by. To be honest I haven't really had much time to see what when on at London & NYC Fashion weeks. I intend to fully brief myself on Wednesday when I'm off.
I have read however and fully support that EBay has $80k in damages to pay to LVMH for allowing the sale of counterfeit goods sell from their site.

It's a new dawn it's a new day it's a new life.. for me!

Hello my lovelies!
How are we?
Well today I began a new life as a ... STUDENT!

Well to be quite truthful with you all I didn't actually have a class today. I was just enrolling but all the same you may call me a student!

Its quite interesting actually,  this morning I had a tummy full of nervous and excitement and a mind filled with ambition and will! It felt like 1st year all over almost. Only the geeky green uniform and tent skirt was replaced with skinny jeans, biker boots, a red and grey checked lumberjack shirt and the Barbour and instead of a canvas schoolbag it was a  studded City Balenciaga.
 Another thing which is new to me is public transport. I parked up the minrod and joined the commuters on the tracks of N.I rail! GROSS! Or that's what I thought! In fact it wasn't so bad on the way up I had time to collect my thoughts and listen to Minus the Bear and en route home I had the October edition of Elle with the likes of Pete Doherty, Lilly Allen and even Boris Johnson for company. I think that rail may be better than road. But ask me in the Winter see how I feel about it then. I'm sure my opinion will have changed.

Aside from that I have no other news. All is tres quiet but all is equally all good!

 Her music is sweet/cheesy/bimbo-esq but its my total guilty pleasure today! She said "I hope that when it goes into your ears you feel happy. Not sexy happy but apple pie happy" when speaking of her music. She hit the nail on the head with that description in my opinion.
