From Oct 23rd (if you have a spare $500-$600 in you pocket) you may be able to buy a little piece off music & design collaboration history. None other than Mark Ronson one of the best dressed men out there is teaming up with Gucci to launch 18 limited edition sneakers. There will be 16 designs for men and 2 for ladies. For each city there will be 1 unisex design limited to that city. The sneakers will be sold in a "pop-up" store which is to appear in the major cities of the world the first stop will be Crosby Street in Soho other spots will include London, Berlin, Paris, Hong Kong and Tokyo. The pop up store will only be in each city for 2-3 weeks.
“I spent many, many years as an avid sneaker collector, so I wanted to make sure these Gucci shoes were truly special from an aesthetic and collectible point of view,” said Ronson.
Also as an added treat Ronson has mixed a 12" vinyl which will be given as a gift to each customer who buys a pair of the sneaker with some new exclusive tracks on.
Move over Kanye.....
